Positive: We spend there only one night, off season. We just needed a bed and a shower - we got that much. Reception lady is very nice and helpful. Price - quality ratio is acceptable.

Negative: They had AC for us on, but it was not enough. Additional heater was provided. The place is not really suitable to stay there for longer than a night or two during the winter.
