Renovations (2022) have been completed…beautifully modern, complete updated bathrooms & kitchen! The addition of a 65" mounted TV in living room makes unwinding & watching your favorite shows a relaxing way to decompress. Nicely appointed interior & the entire until has been freshly painted.
We do include the cleaning in the daily rate, as well as parking. So no additional fees are charged by us!

The townhouse has original wide plank heart pine floors upstairs and down. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and a king-size bed in the master; both bedrooms have private baths, and the master bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. There are TV’s in both bedrooms.
There is a comfortable pull out sofa downstairs in the main living area facing the gas log fireplace and has access to a half bath. This home is ideal for two couples.
The location is perfect for traversing the city on foot!
