3 Bedroom House in Crossriver, Sun City
Our home is the perfect escape for families, couples or friends. A three-minute walk to a large park with long stretches of greenbelts is perfect for an afternoon at the park, picnics under a tree, or a nice walk on one of the many walking paths located throughout the neighborhood. We are minutes away from Lake Pleasant Regional Park where you can rent boats, jet skis and paddle boards. Looking to get a hole in one? We are surrounded by beautiful golf courses including Quintero Golf Club. Only 25 minutes away from State Farm Stadium!
Fully furnished 3 bed/2 bath split floor plan, our home can comfortably sleep 6 people. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, smart TV, separate shower and tub, double sinks and large walk-in closet. Spare room #1 is our cozy boho styled bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a smart TV. Come cuddle up in spare room #2 that offers a wood accent wall, queen- sized bed and smart TV. The open concept living room has a large couch with plenty of seating, cupholders, recliners, and plenty throw blankets to snuggle up with while watching a movie with the fireplace on. Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig and air fryer available for use. Large backyard with pavers, turf, a propane BBQ and outdoor wood firepit. We love this home and hope you enjoy it too. Please treat it as if it was your own.
Guests will have access to the entire house except for the garage. We use the garage as storage and may need to access it during your stay. We will communicate with you if we plan on stopping by. Room for two vehicles to be parked in the driveway.
Other things to note:
We have pest control services come out bi-monthly and have them spray the exterior of the home. If they are scheduled to come during your stay, we will communicate that with you.
Every Tuesday around 6-6:30 we have a couple kids from the neighborhood take the trash out and then Wednesday morning bring the cans back behind the gate.
