This renovated, spacious, military owned 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home is fully equipped with grey hard wood flooring, brand new kitchen and top of the line appliances. As soon as you enter you will be greeted with a lovely open floor plan and view of the sleek kitchen, which has all the essentials you should need for your stay. When you enter the home, you will also see two couches and a dining room table on the left hand side, which is perfect for hosting and entertaining.
There is a smaller room on the left hand side once you pass the first set of couches. You will delighted as you first find a more cozy living room space with a fireplace and TV, which also leads you into an en suite with a luxurious queen sized bed, TV, and private bathroom.
Upstairs you will find another spacious bathroom, complete with all the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You will also find three additional bedrooms. Each bedroom has their own linens, queen sized bed, and spacious closet. One of the upstairs bedrooms is very unique and has access to a private outside sitting area on the patio.
There is a washer and dryer unit available for use during your stay and can be located in a smaller room off of the kitchen. In that same small room you will find a door that will give you access to another fenced in, private patio area.

You are able to park in the driveway and the driveway is able to hold 2 vehicles comfortably. This property is located in a great location. It is about a 10 minute drive to downtown Tampa or the Tampa Airport. We do recommend you renting a vehicle during your stay, as most things are driving accessible.
