A beautiful two story home walking distance to all of downtown Boyne City. You will enter the home into the mudd/laundry area and flowing into the large kitchen. On the backside of the Kitchen we have made a bunk room for the kids with 3 Full-size beds and a bean bag that turns into a queen size bed as well to sleep and hangout and watch TV while in the other direction you flow into the Dining and Living area. On the first floor you also have the first full bathroom with a separate shower and jacuzzi tub to relax in after a long day on the ski slopes, biking trails or lake. The living room has a 55" TV with cable and other apps to watch while you relax on the large sofa. Upstairs you will find a full bathroom off the main hall. The first bedroom has a full size bunk Bed with a twin size daybed with a trundle. Bedroom number two is the Hemingway room with a queen size bed and a chair to sit and relax with some of Ernest Hemingway's books found on the bookshelf. This room also has a lot of room to put a pack and play if one is needed. The third bedroom is a little more cozy with just a queen size bed. The last bedroom at the end of the hall is the Master bedroom with a King size bed and attached bathroom. This property is protected by Ring Security Cameras on the exterior of the home and interior of the garage and shed.
