This remodeled home in a quiet residential neighborhood has three bedrooms and two baths on a large lot with great valley and mountain views.

Designed to feel like a home and not a rental, this house takes advantage of indoor/outdoor living with a pool, spa, patio deck, garden, kitchen, barbecue, fire pit and more.

We are *NOT* a party house. Your mature, responsible treatment of our home is appreciated. No smoking. Very strict overnight limit of 6 guests.

When we began our to-the-studs gut renovation over a year ago, we asked the architect and designer to take advantage of the valley and mountain views and to give us an indoor/outdoor feel that incorporated the wonderful terraced yard. We also wanted an open concept loft/resort/spa feel inside and out. After a long haul, we are pleased to report they have pulled off both wonderfully. It’s as calm and crisp as a Restoration Hardware ad. With great access from the living room and all bedrooms to the pool, spa and barbecue, we are ready for Sunset magazine and all the desert has to offer. The space is designed to feel like a home, not a rental. Welcome.

This open floor plan features expansive mountain views from the living room and the outdoor patio deck. Cool down in our salt water pool, or heat up in our spa. Cook in the kitchen or barbecue outside with all new and well-stocked cookware. Enjoy streaming services over our high-speed WiFi (each TV has Chromecast and/or Roku), or watch cable TV with HBO and ESPN included.

There is a Keurig coffee maker in the house and we stock coffee for you, as caffeine is important! We also stock sugar, sugar substitute, half and half, ice and chilled water upon check-in. We are also well stocked in our kitchen with most everything you might need, and you are welcome to use our spices, sauces, and anything else you might find in our cupboards.

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We like our neighbors, and they like us. We’d like to keep it that way, so parties and loud inappropriate behavior are not permitted. Also, we can’t stress enough that smoking and/or vaping of any substances is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoors. We do not allow more than 6 guests at any time.

Many of our guests have asked about the dimensions of our pool. It is larger than most pools in the area at 32 feet long and 15 feet wide. The depth ranges from 3 feet at the shallow end to 6 feet at the deep end. Please note that if you wish the pool to be heated, we charge $50 per night to heat to 85 degrees, and $70 for 88 degrees. Heat is certainly not needed during summer months. Our bubbling spa is heated at no extra charge.

House Rules:

No outdoor noise whatsoever between 10PM and 8AM and no excessive noise at any time (including loud music, yelling, screaming and profanity) which might disturb our neighbors. Again, we must emphasize that our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Summary: We are mature enjoy adults that enjoy going to the desert in the fall. This is the best house we have ever stayed at of 5-6 visits. It is a beautifully remodeled house and the best part is the garden that is ultra lush. Inside of house is well stocked, plenty of room, the kitchen has good tools and supplies. The pool was our best friend. They put the temperature up to 92 degrees and we spent hours per day in the pool talking, sunning, and enjoying the property. This property is a jewel!
