The place has two dedicated office places, and many other spots to put a laptop including on a patio - ideal options for remote working parties.
No annoying 6” tall backyard fence - you enjoy the pool, pond, turtles, ducks…. Very quiet and relaxing. Just bring a drink, sit back and relax. At the same time, the backyard area is fully fenced , good for your puppies.
The couches and oversized chair in the living room is a bit too comfortable… you run a danger to fall asleep, even not finishing your favorite sitcom on 75” Samsung TV.
For these looking for hidden gems: try finding the beverage center in the fridge in the kitchen. Self-refilling pitcher with always cold water (needless to say the water filters are new). Just all you need for Florida heat.
Master bedroom with king bed is made for romance. All original rope paintings just adds to the mood (you’ll get it when you see it).
Another bedroom can be for kids with two twin beds, which, if needed, can be put together just for another bedroom for a couple.
Man’s cave: you can spend your live there. Isolated office space, private bathroom, convertible chair-bed and all yours 65” TV to watch Bolts (I hate Bolts, btw).
Another small bedroom with a walk-in closed, private bathroom and French door to the patio/pool area, it has an office desk and a futon convertible to a tween bed - ideal setting for someone who wants to be left alone.
And for these who are in yoga: dzennnnn…. An oversized garage converted to a finished yoga room and art gallery, with AC, ceiling fan and quietness. The room also has comfortable queen bed.
Patio area has outdoor dining area and a lounge/coffee space with extremely comfortable chairs and a sofa. And (surprise!) - no mosquitoes, so you can spend all night enjoying the ambient solar ball lights around the pool.
