Fully updated 3 Bedroom plus Den Villa in the centrally-located place in Hollywood. The House offers free parking on a driveway. Den has a billiard table which converts to ping pong table. Kitchen is fully equipped and washer/dryer is available. Cool off by the Pool or enjoy Sun Bath on our lounge chairs. Hot Tub is equipped for 7 people. Soap, clean linen, towels, WIFI, and Netflix movies are provided free of charge. Property features a living room as you walk in. Two bedrooms on the left with a bathroom and then a master on the right with a shower. As you walk towards the kitchen, you will see a game room with a ping pong / pool table. As you walk outside, you will enjoy a hot tub, and a pool. There is a chance of Iguanas stopping by, so please don’t feed them. They are totally harmless and like to welcome guests with their presence, but please don’t throw them food, because they will never leave you alone:) There are lots of restaurants on Hollywood boardwalk to enjoy.
