THE HOME

This stylish duplex is a welcoming space for your group to gather in. Side A is primarily accessed via the entrance behind the privacy fence. You’ll pass a small patio set on your way to the door that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee on! Side B is primarily accessed via the entrance with no fence. The units are also connected on the interior of the home via the flex/game room.

Side A & B each offer a living room (with a 76" TV and access to the backyard and pool), kitchen + dining area, and the bedrooms / bathrooms as described below and listed under LAYOUT. The kitchens are fully equipped with the essentials needed to whip up a memorable meal. You’ll also enjoy complimentary WiFi, coffee, concierge services, and more.

On Side A, you’ll find Bedroom 1 (with a King Bed), Bedroom 2 (with a Queen over Queen Bunk Bed and Twin Day Bed), and a full guest bathroom. Heading through the living room and kitchen to the center of the home, you’ll pass through an open flex space, or Bedroom 3, which features a Queen Sofa Bed, workspace, a half bathroom, and the laundry machines (washer and dryer) available for guest use. Please note, there no doors for this room. Continuing through the flex room / game room, which features a large couch*, 75" TV, and games (basketball game, board games, and Arcade Up Pacmania system with 13 games), you’ll enter the kitchen of Side B. A small hallway in Side B leads to the second full bathroom and Bedroom 4 (with a Queen Bed). Just past the hallway is the living room for side B.

*In addition to the couch, there are three bean bag chairs in the game room that convert into sleeping pads for children/teens. These are not included in the guest count, however, you are welcome to utilize the 2 Queen bean bags and 1 Full bean bag if desired.

THE PATIO + BACK YARD

Sliding glass doors in the living rooms on either side of the home lead to the partially-covered back patio with a BBQ grill, table, fire pit with seating area. You’ll also enjoy a sparkling swimming pool*, hot tub, yard with games, and a mural on the back fence.

*NOTE: The pool is not heated.

HOUSE LIMITATIONS

1) We’re happy to host your special occasion, but please note this property does not operate as a venue and is located in aquiet residential neighborhood. Our Austin Greenhaus is the perfect home base for responsible bachelorette groups, families, families with young with young children, family reunions, business travelers, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.
2) Outdoor activity is prohibited between 10 PM and 7 AM. All guests must move indoors between that time, no exceptions.
3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay. This will be policed w/ decibel meter devices.
4) Pets are allowed at this property only with prior approval and with payment of our Pet Fee ($150 per pet, up to 2 pets).
5) 2 parking spots are available (in the driveway next to the entrance without a fence).
