The location and layout of this house are world-class! Less than 10 mins to Waste Management Phoenix Open Golf Tournament. 15 mins to Old Town Scottsdale (Restaurants & Entertainment District) or Arcadia (Restaurants & Bars). 7 mins to Kierland Commons & the Scottsdale Quarter, both of which contain some of the best restaurants and shopping in the Valley (Mastro's Ocean Club, Dominick's Steakhouse, Postinos, The Mission, Culinary Dropout, etc). Four fully redesigned bedrooms (1 King and 3 queens), three baths, pool, two outdoor fireplaces, one indoor fireplace, 8 person Jacuzzi! All beds are high end and super comfortable. 4 large flat screen tv’s, 85 inch in Living Room with Direct TV). Sonos sound system throughout. Bistro Lighting above pool. Perfect spot for an amazing weekend of golf, sunshine, friends and Scottsdale fun! Also, just 18 miles to State Farm Stadium (home of the Super Bowl LVII). I also have a large desk in my office if you need to knock out some work while in town.
This is my primary home in Scottsdale so it's equipped with absolutely EVERYTHING! So you can grill out/cook at home or try one of the amazing restaurants just minutes away.
