Ahh... beautiful Kentucky horse country! This is your opportunity to stay in a very graceful, white brick, Southern style home on 5.29 acres in the rolling hills of the Bluegrass! Stone gates lead up the hill to the three-story house with a lovely columned front porch. Quality craftsmanship and design can be seen the minute you step across the threshold into the front foyer. This home has a traditional old southern feel with its center hall colonial design, arched doorways, transoms and shining hardwood floors. The living room has French doors that open to the brick patio and pool. Doorways on either side of the double fireplace open to the vaulted paneled study/den. On the other side of the house, there's a vaulted bedroom with fireplace. Splendid staircases lead to the upper two floors. The second floor includes a bedroom and bathroom, with two more bedrooms and a full bath. The third floor has 5 light-infused dormer windows, with a bedroom and one full bathroom. Nature is all around you as you enjoy the lovely pool and hot tub and sip your iced tea or mint julep with good friends on the gazebo. Just to be safe, there is a storm cellar.
