The Space:
Experience the ultimate dream vacation at Casa Walmar, a one-of-a-kind island-style home. This spacious retreat features four generously sized bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and a convenient half bathroom on the main floor. With high-end beds, luxury linens, giant HD TVs, and high-speed internet, every detail has been considered to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing.
Entertainment is at your fingertips with eight 4G TVs, preloaded with all of your favorite viewing with sports packages, Netflix, and a Sonos surround sound system throughout the house and backyard.
Step into the private gated backyard, beautifully landscaped with tropical plants, and discover a heated private pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Lounge by the pool, take a dip, or soak in the hot tub year-round (please note pool heating limitations during colder months).
The backyard's giant palapa outdoor kitchen and comfortable lounge area are a highlight. Enjoy a full propane BBQ, commercial-sized refrigerator, wet bar, ice maker, sink, and bar island with bar stools. The outdoor lounge area features a large sectional couch, gas fireplace, and two gas fire pit coffee tables, all accompanied by two HD TVs.
Each bedroom offers a private ensuite bathroom, hairdryer, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and complimentary toiletries. Please note that there are a total of 5 premium Air Mattresses scattered throughout the bedrooms as part of the 5 extra beds. The sunken Master Suite features a King bed, optional Queen Air Mattress and a leather couch, 4G HD TV, and a private balcony. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 offers a Queen bed with an optional queen Air Mattress, along with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 boasts a King bed and space for a multiple optional Queen air mattress, plus an ensuite bathroom. Please note the house has a total of 10 beds which include 6, 18 inch Premium Air Mattresses set up for you if you request them ahead of time.
The modern kitchen includes a giant Subzero side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, gas range, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig machine. Coffee, tea, are provided. All cooking and dining essentials are available, just bring your food and beverages.

Other things to note.
All standard household supplies are provided, including cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels, kitchen towels, plastic cups, dish soap, laundry soap.
There is NO GLASS allowed in the backyard pool area, including beer bottles. Broken glass can be dangerous and costly if any gets into the pool or hot tub as it would require the pool to be drained and re-filled. Plastic cups, plates, and bowls are provided for outdoor use. Pool service weekly on Wednesday afternoons & Gardner comes Thursdays between 1 and 4 pm. Pool to be heated seasonally and the cost is $100 per day to heat the pool. The spa is free to heat up.
DO NOT SLEEP ON THE COUCHES:
Pool and spa heating $100 per day. Pool may take up to 24 hours to heat up to 85 degrees due to its size. POOL gets heated seasonal only. During winter the pool may not get past 70 degrees due to the heater being older and outside temperature being colder. Some winter months we do not allow to heat the pool and Only the spa can be heated because the pool will not get past 70 degrees. Please be aware that the portable AC units are only available late summer and when the weather gets hot here in San Diego and upon request by the guest. After October 1st. There will be no portable AC units.
Also be aware that the house is listed for sale on recently has been furnished with different furnishing than the pictures. It’s all staged so please be courteous and aware and respect the personal property. No sleeping on the couches. Thank you for understanding.
If the cops show up due to a party or a noise complaint from the neighbors we can and will impose a $1000 dollar fine so please keep the noise down or not at all after 10 pm in the outside pool and palapa area. Bring the music and get together inside so you do not bother the neighbors so they don’t call the police. Thanks for understanding.

Guests at Casa Walamar can enjoy exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. The property provides 2 outdoor parking spot in front of the home, as well as 1parallel spots in front of the garage. Please note that the garage itself is not accessible to guests.
For those with additional vehicles, ample free street parking is available down the street from the property, ensuring convenience and flexibility.
To maintain the property's upkeep and ensure guests have a pleasant stay, The Palapa House employs service providers such as gardeners, pool service technicians, handymen, and other staff. These professionals typically have scheduled weekly visits to the home, which are designed to be brief and minimally disruptive, usually lasting around 20 minutes or less.
While the property management does their best to keep these services to a minimum and notify guests ahead of time, there may be instances where these services are scheduled upon request during your stay or occur without prior notice due to the nature and size of the property. Rest assured that every effort is made to minimize any inconvenience to guests during their stay.
