Negative: Check-in took place later than the specified time. When I got to the apartment, I had an unpleasant impression, it was dirty, the bed linen was lying in a pile. Dirty dishes, floor, other people's things and hygiene items. The room was not prepared for check-in at all. It is impossible to contact the owner by phone, the service staff, the reception cannot help in any way. Later, the owner sent someone to clean and said that it would be ready by 7:00 PM. If you are with a small child and are traveling from afar, be prepared to go somewhere for a walk, or clean it yourself
