Perfect for retirees, business travelers, couples getaways & small families, the condo sleeps 4 in beds or 5 using the living room sofa. There are 2 Community pools (one heated, one not) + spa in the complex, just a short stroll away. Beach towels are provided in the condo.
When you're not taking advantage of all there is to do in Scottsdale, the beautifully furnished living room is a great place to relax & rejuvenate. It has an extra deep Lounge sofa from Crate & Barrel, side chair, soft pillows & throws, a cushy rug & lacquered coffee tables. The fully equipped kitchen features maple cabinets, granite counters, newer SS appliances and has everything you need. Pots, pans, utensils, dishware, toaster, & Keurig. Coffee & tea K-cups, spices & cooking staples are also provided. There's also a bar cabinet with plenty of glassware for celebrations!
Upstairs are gorgeous hardwood floors in both bedrooms and hallway. Master bedroom has a Queen pillow top mattress, en-suite bath with 2 sinks, granite counter and a small balcony. The Guest bedroom has a premium Queen Memory Foam mattress, it's own hall bath with granite counter and another balcony. Body wash and shampoos are provided in both bathrooms. Games & puzzles are on hand in the walk in closet for rainy days.
The townhouse has a newer heat pump/AC, hot water tank, furniture, bedding, soft towels and decor throughout. Your own full-sized washer & dryer are in the laundry room, adjacent to the modest, attached, private one-car garage. Laundry soaps & softeners are provided.
