Nestled on a hillside surrounded by a natural landscape and a creek, this home is the perfect Malibu hideaway just minutes from beaches, hiking trails, Nobu, Soho Little Beach House, Malibu Country Mart, and Santa Monica.
This is our home that we rent out during the summer.
We enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by untouched nature, gorgeous views, entertaining on the terrace, and hiking nearby trails.
The house is spread over two levels. The main level is on the 1st floor and is comprised of a living area, kitchen, main terrace, master suite, en-suite double bedroom, and rear deck with hot tub and mini gym. The third bedroom, office, one full bathroom, garage, and laundry are on the ground floor.
There is a 2-car garage and an on-site guest parking spot. There is also guest parking across the street.
The house is child-friendly and is well-equipped for kids' entertainment. There is a dedicated playroom space with toys and books. Las Flores Creek Park with a playground, where you can play ball, teach your little ones to cycle, or explore the creek is 300 yards away.
2 8ft surfboards, 2 boogie boards, and mountain bikes are at your disposal.
