This fully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome sleeps 8 comfortably. Starting the 2020 season with a brand new pool, hot tub and cabana will be just a part of the experience when you spend your time in this lovely retreat. One of the few properties listed on the beachside of Parksville at 1135 Resort Drive and just 5 min walk to the beach from your front door.
The sleeping configuration has a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, a large upstairs bonus room with two twin beds and a separate queen sofa bed. There are TV's in the master bedroom, living room and upstairs bonus room.
The new pool and hot tub are completed! The hot tub is open with social distancing rules in place and the pool will open May 1 - Sept 30 each year. There are pool toys in the unit for your use and also beach chairs for your beach days.
Parksville vacations offer so much more than a Victoria getaway. The famous Rathtrevor provincial park is just a walk down the beach as well just 5 min away is the English pub the Black Goose Inn.
