Guests will enjoy total privacy with the home's own front entrance, two-car garage with entrance from the back and trees surrounding all four sides of the property.
Inside, guests will find a home that has been tastefully designed for comfort and relaxation, as well as a place to get refreshed and refocused. The main floor with living room (including a coffee table that becomes a work space and couch that also folds down for additional sleeping area), half bath, fully equipped open kitchen and dining area, additional work station and private deck with comfy seating and warm lighting.
Up the stairs to the second level, guests will find the laundry area with washer and dryer, full bathroom with tub and shower, bedroom with Queen bed, bedroom with a Twin / Full bunk bed combo, and Primary Suite with King bed and walk-in shower in the bathroom. All bedrooms and living room include smart TV's.
Following the stairs from the main level back down and out through the garage, guests will discover a fire-pit and four zero-gravity lounge chairs nestled at the edge of the trees behind the townhome. *These chairs are kept in the garage when not in use.
Lastly, there is a nearby fire department occasionally called into service by the community should there be a firetruck heard for a few moments at any time.
