It is newly renovated, light, bright, pristine clean, with new appliances and furnishings and fully equipped with beautiful amenities. The kitchen is inviting and the master suite has a designer ensuite bathroom. with a glorious rain shower. Coastal Azul is a short 5 minute drive to Fisherman's Village where you can shop, dine and experience spectacular sunsets. Sunset cruises are also available as well as renting bikes, boats, etc. Downtown offers Farmers Markets on Saturdays and live music almost every night with additional restaurants and bars. No Pets.

Florida in the summer can get very warm. When setting the Air conditioning temperature inside the home it can only get 15 degrees cooler than outside. If you set to 60 degrees you can freeze the unit and it will not cool. During the hottest part of the day close curtains to keep the home cooler. Keep doors closed.....
