Putter's Place - 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home w/ 2 car garage backing the Paradise Valley Community College Golf Course. Great backyard set up with putting green, fire pit lounge area, and outdoor dining table. Close to the 51 and 101 freeway! Easy to get to many golf courses and all of the sporting and events going on in the area! 15 mins to TPC Scottsdale (Phoenix Open), Westworld of Scottsdale (Barrett Jackson & Arabian Horse Show). 5 mins to Desert Ridge Marketplace where there is a plethora of great restaurants, stores to shop at and entertainment. 15 mins to The Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons. Only 26 miles to State Farm Stadium!
Walking into the home, you'll be delighted by the open floor plan, comfortable modern furniture with pops of color, and light and airy feel. The living room has a gray sofa with two end table and lamps, a coffee table and two sitting chairs. There is a 65" mounted Smart TV that sits above a console table. The TV is set up with streaming to watch all your favorite shows and movies. Across from the living room is the dining room which has a wooden table that seats up to 8 people. Across from the table is a large leaning mirror.
The kitchen has white quartz countertops, white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It's furnished with everything you need to cook a great meal!
The master bedroom has a beautiful golden metal frame king sized bed with emerald bedding, two night stands with lamps, and a large area rug underneath the bed. There is a mounted 65" Smart TV sitting above a console stand. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and attached master bathroom. The master bathroom has a single-sink vanity with large mirror and quartz counter tops. There is tile throughout the bathroom and a tub / shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen sized wooden frame bed with two night stands and lamps, and a closet.The third bedroom has a wooden queen sized bed with a bed side table, standing lamp and a closet. The second bathroom is located between the tow bedrooms as has a single sink vanity and tub / shower combo.
The backyard has a cozy fire pit lounge area set up with two bench seats, and two sitting chairs. There is an outdoor dining table with parasol umbrella that seats up to 6 people comfortably. There is a putting green with two putters for practice! The entire backyard looks out towards the Paradise Valley Community College Golf Course.
