Enjoy our lovely Austin home, located about 15-20 minutes from the downtown core! The West Oak Hill neighborhood is close to Austin’s many popular attractions: parks, wineries, breweries & distilleries. We are 10-15 minutes from the Austin Zoo and walking distance to the Austin Waldorf School.
Welcome to our modern home where you can enjoy the sounds of nature and the lush surroundings! Ideal location for travelers, friends, families, and even business professionals!
The living area is the perfect place to relax with cool refreshments and conversation. In the colder months, yes, there are some in Austin, it’s lovely for a nice fire and a cup of tea. There is also a media room where you can watch movies on a 75" Smart TV or enjoy playing the ping pong table. Our kitchen is equipped with everything for your cooking needs and a center island is the perfect place for entertaining.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, closet, 36" TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a private screened porch to relax and take in nature. The 2nd bedroom has a king-sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is also an available sofa bed in the media room.
Step out onto the gorgeous outdoor living space where you can catch a breath of fresh air, soak up the sun, watch the deer walk through the yard, and marvel at the beautiful views of the lush natural surroundings. You can enjoy the sparkling non-heated pool or relax at the sun lounger and at the infrared red sauna. Gather around by the firepit or fire up the grill for an evening BBQ! A lot of great space for entertainment to enjoy with your family!
An ensuite washer and dryer, pack n' play crib, trampoline, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 300 Mbps, and 6 driveway parking spaces are all provided during your stay!

* Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small dogs only, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No dogs or food on furniture please especially on the Minotti sofa in the living room. Assistance animals are always allowed. No cats. The owner is allergic to cats.
Note: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring dogs. Your dogs are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
