This home is a vacation rental with an excellent rating, we just started managing it for the owners under a new number, so there are no reviews yet.

This home is unique by simultaneously meeting the needs of those who want quiet and seclusion and those who want proximity to the conveniences of a city and surrounding attractions. Relaxing one-level ranch home on a quiet pond with a water feature (Seasonal). There is a private dock to fish. (catch and release) It is a perfect home to build family memories or to reacquaint yourself with friends.

Once through the main driveway and onto the property relish the feeling that you are miles away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. And yet without sacrificing privacy, you are within walking distance of a grocery store, gas station, pharmacy, fast-food joints, and a few restaurants.

It's the perfect spot to stay in and enjoy the porches or head out 6 miles to downtown activities. It's also a small distance to hiking trails, rafting, Biltmore Estate, dining, and other local experiences.

Oh, and don't forget fido as they are welcome too! One - two dogs pending size welcome (Preapproval and fee required)
