When you enter the condo you immediately see the beautiful bay window in the kitchen looking out over the beach and Atlantic Ocean below. The main gathering space is lovely, with an open concept living, dining and kitchen great room. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area, with 2 club chairs and access to the balcony. The kitchen features a large island with seating for 4, all new stainless steel appliances, beautiful quartz countertops and a bistro table for 4 in the bay window.
There are 3 bedrooms in this condo, each one decorated to bring a feel of beach luxury, The primary bedroom features a king bed, access to the balcony and a remodeled en-suite with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, a club chair and is across the hall from the guest bath. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and houses the full size washer and dryer. And the second guest bedroom features a queen bed and is directly off the living area. All TVs in the bedrooms and the TV in the great room are smart TVs.
