Short walk down driveway/road to lake front dock and Lakeshore lot area which is also private for use with home. Home has two driveways for plenty of parking. Large top deck fully furnished for out door dining or lounging with fire pit. Lower level patio is also equipped for outdoor dining with full built in barbecue area, two fire pits and a hot tub.
There is ample room for a multi family stay. Plenty to do in the summer with lake activities and in the winter, close to Wisp resort. First floor living area contains two master suites and two more bedrooms which share a bathroom.
Large kitchen and dining area that seats 14 comfortably. Living room with gas fireplace. There are large screen TVs in all living common areas as well as TVs in all bedrooms. Cable and Internet provided.
Lower level contains large rec room area with pool table, arcade game and wet bar area. One large bedroom with bunk beds to accommodate up to 6 and bonus room with sleeper sofa.
The lower level also contains a theater room that comfortably seats 12.
