For Sale or rent is a two bedroom lockout unit with King size bed and pull out queen size sofa in each room which comfortably sleeps 8. Unit has shared door between rooms that be locked from both side for privacy. Each room has a kitchen, bathroom, private balcony as well. One room is bigger which has a full kitchen (with utensils) and Jacuzzi. Second room has stall shower and partial kitchen.
Resort is a gated community with free parking and close to major intersection. Ten minutes drive to major retail stores.
Room amenities include a full living room, dining area, jetted marble tub, washer/dryer, wifi, etc.
Resort amenities include water park, 10+ swimming pools, fitness center, convenience store, restaurant, movie theater, video arcade, pond with ducks and boating, miniature golf, basketball/tennis/volleyball courts and seasonal resort activities.
It costs me $159 to reserve the property. So after we agree on a price and you confirm you want to book the property and I make the reservation, this amount is non-refundable. Will provide proof that amount was deducted from my credit card.
