Newly remodeled and renovated, it's the perfect escape for friends, family gatherings, or corporate retreats.
With great views of the mountains, a large outdoor deck and front lawn, ample parking, chef's kitchen and large dining room, you will not find another property like this in the Bow Valley.
The Space:
The top floor features an unique apartment-style unit with it's own living room, bathroom and kitchenette.
On the third floor there are 6 bedrooms, 2 with small sinks as well as four full bathrooms and a reading nook.
The main floor has a spectacular living room area with a small bar and TV, dining room for 16 people and enormous chef's kitchen. There are also laundry facilities and a games room with TV/game consoles as well as a foosball table, dart board and arcade.
The basement, which has a separate entrance and is only accessed from the outside of the house, features 3 rooms all with full bathrooms and small living spaces. Ceilings are low in the hallway, but the rooms are all regular sized.
The large outdoor deck is great for BBQ-ing or just relaxing in the sun.
