This property has a Saturday turn-day from Memorial to Labor Day and requires a 3-night minimum during the off-season, with a 35' boat slip that is directly behind the property at Rudder Canal #28. The top floor holds a Master bedroom with a King bed, private deck and screened in porch, 2nd bedroom with 2 twins and 3rd bedroom with 2 twins, each of the adjoining bathrooms having a walk-in shower. The living level has the 4th bedroom holding a Queen bed with bathroom, tub/shower combo that also connects with living and eating area. Kitchen has updated appliances with coffee pot and toaster and living area with plenty of seating and flat-screen TV. Each property comes stocked with a starter pack of essentials, and all beds will have linens provided, with bath towels for everyone the property holds. RV14 also comes with a private elevator from ground floor to living level, outdoor shower, and fish cleaning sink. 4 vehicle maximum parking.
