The villa is located in a good central position and ideal for those looking to explore the island with the western areas including Palaiokastritsa, the North East coast and Corfu town all being easily accessible.

The property is set in 1400sqm of landscaped tropical gardens and the pool area with its colourful pots of geraniums has plenty of sun-loungers and parasols around the mosaic tiled roman style swimming pool. There’s a covered pergola to escape the heat and for those who enjoy dining at home, a large stone BBQ will keep the BBQ enthusiasts extremely happy.
What impressed us on our first viewing was the lovely wrap around covered veranda with a large dining table, there’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy the lovely views.
The villa is just a short walk to the local village where there are a couple of traditional tavernas, a little further brings you into the centre of Kato Korakiana dating back to 5th Century where you will find a selection of bars, cafes, restaurants and a mini-market.
