Welcome to San Jacinto Lodge! This beautiful log cabin has everything you need for a weekend in the mountains. Notable features include a hot tub, stunning views, and proximity to town. The home has a classic cabin style with modern luxuries. The living room is a great place to gather and spend time with your group or family. The large deck features a gas/propane BBQ, a hammock, and a spa with incredible mountain views. The home has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen-sized beds. An air mattress can be provided to accommodate up to 8 guests. The home also has a hot tub/spa, perfect for stargazing.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.

- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. - Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Summary: This cozy cabin was just what our family needed for Christmas. Everything in the house functioned well, except for the dishwasher (which had a problem with the top wand, or the dishes on the bottom shelf were so tall that they blocked the wand from rotating properly). At any rate, we would vacation there again in a heartbeat.
