This brand new holiday home plus glamping cabins provides a great set up for a family or 3 to get together for a holiday near the beach. The central cabin is packed with activities such as a games console, board games, darts board, TV, plenty to keep the kids entertained. Handily located in Jack Boyd Drive it is only a few minutes drive to everything Mangawhai Heads has to offer, Surf Beach, Estuary, Golf Course, Mangawhai Activity Zone, Eateries, etc and only a few minutes more to the Village markets, Tavern, Bennetts Chocolate Shop and Cafe and more eateries. Plenty of room for kids and adult to have their own spaces and relax after a day at the beach or exploring the area.
With all day sun and a nice outlook towards the Brynderwyns, enjoy the sunsets on the deck with a cold drink in hand. The flat section is great for family games in the summer and the property is fully fenced although it is not completely dog/child proof.
Please note the following:
1. The portacabins are basic but tidy so don't expect the Ritz and you won't be disappointed.
2. The third bathroom is a toilet and shower in an outdoor enclosed area. It is cleaned with the rest of the house but due to its nature it can be more prone to dust and creepy crawlies.
3. The TV is a SMART TV so you can access various apps but bring your own login.
4. There are operating security cameras at this property, placed in the outdoor areas and pointed towards access to the property. Rest assured that our guests privacy is of paramount importance and the owner of the property will ensure it is preserved during bookings.
LINEN: Please note that other than pillows, duvets and duvet covers, linen is not included in the tariffs but can be rented for $25 per person, further details are provided in the 'Rooms and beds' section of the listing. If you wish to add linen, please add a note to your booking with what beds you wish to use so they can be made up. We have linen as an optional extra to make a more affordable holiday for those who wish to bring their own.
