This beautiful Bungalow is situated right by hole three of one of the nicest Golf Courses in Sarasota.
Almost 3000 bright and sunny square feet are awaiting you.
The house is beautifully furnished and laid out , It has two Master Suites .... a large Living Room, Bedroom and Bathroom on either side.
Perfect for two couples .... or parents, children and grandchildren who are looking to vacation together but also appreciate some privacy.
The daily rate is for six guests, but we can accommodate up to eight, there will be an additional charge of $30.- per night per person above six.
The Extended Outdoor Lanai, and a large Salt Water Pool with Spa make for perfect outdoor living. (Spa is fed from the pool so the water in both are the same temperature, 82 degrees. The temperature can be brought up to 88 degrees for an extra charge of
$25 per day).
There is also an Outdoor Shower.
Bicycles invite you to take them for a ride in the neighborhood and Beach Chairs and Umbrella are waiting to be taken to one of the many beaches.
