Summary: Well, this is one of the most disappointing hotels I have stayed at, and I have stayed at many hotels. First, the reception: I arrived at the hotel at 14:30. Most hotels have check-in at 15:00, but this one is at 16:00. Usually, they simply tell you that your room is not ready, but she was at least honest and asked me to pay around €30 for early check-in. I had to take it because I wasn’t feeling well. She also gave me zero information about the hotel facilities. The room: one of the most basic rooms you can find in a hotel. No desk!!! So, if you are in Copenhagen for work, be prepared to work from your bed! The room was also missing glasses, cups, tea, coffee, and even the floor towel for the bathroom. I went to reception in the evening after noticing this, and they sent me some coffee, tea, and a kettle. This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, and I paid approximately €310 per night!!! It is way too expensive for what you get. The rooms are outdated and dark, and overall, it was a very unpleasant stay. I will never stay here again, even though I really like the location.
