1st Floor
You will enter the front door to find our bunk area. The bunk area has two twin over full bunk beds. There is a bathroom off the next room (sunroom) that features a full bath on the first floor. There is also a large closet in the sunroom to store clothes and or beach gear. Next you will notice an elevator to access all 3 floors for your comfort. As you move through the bunkroom you will find the Sunroom which looks out to the patio and beautiful private pool. Here you will find a couch and several chairs.
2nd Floor
As you make your way the 2nd floor via the or elevator, you will be met with a hallway leading to three bedrooms. The first bedroom is a Master Suite that qualifies as an ADA Room. It is a large space with a queen size bed, large walk in closet, and a large master bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom is the smallest and includes an area to hang your clothes, queen size bed, and a private bathroom. From this room you can access the second floor patio. The third room is spacious including a queen size bed, private bathroom, closet, and access to the second floor patio.
3rd Floor
On the 3rd floor you with find the crown jewel of the home - an amazing view! Here you will find a Master Suite with a king size bed, large walk in closet, and large master bathroom. The living area takes advantage of the views with a bank of large windows. Here you will find a beautiful, large dining table and a wonderfully appointed kitchen to prepare a feast for the family.
