Trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry and dish detergents and a first aid kit are provided.

The outdoor Oasis offers a private deck with outdoor dining area to seat four with a gas grill and a lounge area.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and boosts stainless steel, gas appliances, marble counter tops, dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, blender and all the cooking basics and dishware you may need.

6 Beach Towels and Chairs (mix of low folding chairs and high collapsible chairs), rolling beach cart and cooler are provided as an added convenience. Umbrellas and boogie boards are for rent by the Lifeguards.

Parking for two vehicles available with in spaces provided with a Sea Pines Pass fee required per vehicle for admittance onto the Plantation. The Sea Pines Beach Club is 2 miles from the sealoft and may be accessed by free seasonal trolley, bike or car. The pool access is in South Beach of Sea Pines, 4 miles from the sealoft and is accessible for $15/day or $75/week.

Entry to the treehouse is keyless.

The sealoft is accessible by stairs only and therefore may not be suitable for those who have difficulty using stairs.
