The living and dining area are the focal point of the home, and have been positioned to capture the grand sea-view. These areas of the home have been recently renovated.
There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have a classic "retro-bach" feel, while the bathrooms have both been updated from the original to give a more more modern touch.
At the back of the house, you'll find plenty of space for a game of cricket, ample parking for your vehicles, and enough room for a large boat. Please note that there is no garage.
