This charming custom house is in PRIME LOCATION!! PRIVATE HOME ( this is NOT a condo) in the middle of LA's hottest BEACH areas including Silicon Beach. Our home is Centrally located and surrounded by some of the best restaurants and bars in Los Angeles. This rare Gem is literally a bike ride from the sand (1 mile) and a short distance to The Famous Venice Beach (2 mile bike ride) , Playa Vista, Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Disneyland, Magic Mountain, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Santa Monica Pier, Lego Land, Staples Center and many other famous Southern California attractions. 3+3 4 beds Sleeps 6-8 comfortably . Pool can be heated in the winter upon request for a small daily charge and private jacuzzi (no charge) that's a touch of a button away!!!! It's a comfy home that oozes tranquility and relaxation in the BIG CITY BIG BEACH LIFE. Due to Covid19 we thouroughly clean as always but we will now sanitize all surfaces after every check out.
