Our 3-bedroom, two-story townhome comes with a ground floor King Suite Bedroom. It is one of the most private rentals in Legacy Villas at La Quinta, tucked back along the perimeter trail, next to a semi-private pool, yet only a 2-minute walk to the main clubhouse area and family pools. Our private patio is located right next to the mountain where you can relax in the sun, and grill your favorite dishes on our outdoor BBQ. Upstairs landing has a Work-From-Home set up, with a height-adjustable VARIDESK, computer monitor, and adjustable work stool. Spacious garage guarantees indoor protection from the harsh desert sun for two luxury vehicles.
Updated living room furniture and 55" 4K SmartTV welcomes family and friends to watch movies, play games and enjoy each other's company in comfort. Furnished with a Queen-sized Memory Foam Pull-out Sofa, the home can sleep up to 8 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and round dining table promote family interaction and fun.
