Summary: Great place for a group to stay as home base for 7 days of riding. You do have to take a short 1.5 mile road ride to hit the groomed trails we were fine riding the shoulder of the road. Be sure to fill up on gas before you end the day and avoid having to go into to town to fill up. Nearest gas on trail is around 30 miles whichever way you choose to go. By far the heated 30x40 shop is a game changer, whether you need to do repairs or just polish your machine, nothing beats hanging with friends planning your next day loop. Parking area can easily fit 4 trucks and trailers. Don't hesitate to rent this unit, we enjoyed staying out of the central heavy traffic Mont Laurier area. Thank you Dave for providing a great place to stay, we will be back.
