Summary: This guesthouse feels almost like a very small hotel but with shared bathrooms. Shared just means it isn't exclusively yours to use. There are locks on the bathroom/WC doors, and there were three or four places to go relieve yourself - and they are all 'private' in the sense that you are alone in the WC with a door to lock. This guesthouse had a wonderful kitchen, which we used to cook both dinner and breakfast. It also has a EXCELLENT automatic espresso maker coffee machine with very good coffee beans in it! After too many gas-station 'espressos', this was such a welcome thing to have! For real, I am grateful to the hosts who chose to spend a bit more to put good beans in their great machine. Also - kudos and gratitude to the hosts for making that machine complimentary! This place has a beautiful waterfall just half a KM behind it, and is walking distance to the waters of the fjord. Also, the town is just half a km up the road as well. Don't miss the hike up to Tvisonger! It is a great little 20 minute hike, with a rewarding experience in the sonic domes with a picturesque small waterfall nearby, and of course, epic fjord views.
