The hotel offers a round-trip chargeable shuttle service to hong kong international airport, shenzhen bao'an international airport and shekou ferry terminal, the extra bed size is 6.6 feet long and 3.9 feet wide, the outdoor swimming pool is located on the fifth-floor terrace. in accordance with article 3 of the "regulations on the administration of hygiene in public places" of china, specific items in public places must meet national hygiene standards and requirements. with safety in the swimming environment as a primary concern, visitors are required to wear swimming caps before entering the pool to prevent hair loss from clogging the swimming pool's circulation system, please kindly note that shangri-la shenzhen has been selected as one of the esteemed business negotiation venue for the china food and drinks fair, taking place from 23 to 29 october 2024. during this event, we would like to ensure a seamless experience for all our guests. therefore, we have made the following adjustments: on-site check-in, check-out, and breakfast services will be relocated to the 27th floor, horizon club lounge. in the meantime, the outlets may be subject to adjustments based on the requirements of the fair. we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding, if you plan to visit the hotel to participate in the business negotiation, please contact the organizer directly for relevant information.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
