This sunny side 2-bedroom unit offers unobstructed views from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The walk-out unit leads to a patio with two reclining chairs, a small freezer, an umbrella for shade, and shelves for swimming essentials. Additionally, the patio leads to a grassy area and steps to the beach and lake. A barbeque and picnic tables are also provided with this unit.

The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the guest bedroom is equipped with a full over queen bunk bed. Additionally, the living room sectional can be converted into a bed for extra sleeping space. Bedding, pillows, blackout curtains, and fans are provided in each bedroom. A portable air conditioner is also available for your comfort.
In the bathroom, you will find towels, soap, toilet paper, and a blow dryer for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, and fridge with a top freezer. High-end pots and pans, a Keurig coffee maker, Ninja mixer, toaster, popcorn machine, hot water kettle, wine glasses, baking sheets, casserole dishes, dishware, and barbecue utensils are also included. The dining room features a table with six chairs for your dining needs.
The living room is furnished with a sectional sofa (convertible into a bed), a recliner chair, and a 50" smart TV. Cable and internet services are provided for your entertainment.
Furthermore, a buoy is included with the unit, and renters are responsible for parking their trailers off-site. One free parking space is provided, and additional vehicles may need to find parking on the main road.
The marina next door offers rental services for SUP/paddleboards and pontoons, as well as gas and essential items at the store. There is also an ice cream parlor, food truck, and a clothing store on-site. Please contact the marina for inquiries about boat launch, slip rental, and parking boat trailers.
