Positive: The room was comfortable, bed was great and the view of the mountains was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was delicious as was the traditional hotpot we had for dinner, that the staff arranged for us. The people working here made our stay unforgettable - they went beyond their way to help us, were kind and funny too.
