This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features a private and newly remodeled 40ft long/10ft deep chlorine pool and spa (optional heating) and a huge backyard containing mature landscaping with various fruit trees and cactus, and BBQ. Sit back in the new 5 person hot tub while overlooking grand views of the Santa Rosa Mountains in La Quinta, CA. The house is quite large with an open floor plan and lots of amenities including a full size pool table, entertainment room with large flat screen and cable programming, and giant open kitchen. Singing Palms is 2550sq ft and is on an oversized lot with just over 12,000 sq ft. Near golf, tennis, polo, music festivals, casinos, Joshua Tree, and other area attractions. High speed up to 500mbps Wi-Fi internet service for working, streaming, or playing.
Singing Palms includes 4-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, large 30ft long/10ft deep chlorine pool with spa Jacuzzi (heating optional for a fee), pool table, and more fabulous fun amenities! Completely private and uniquely positioned on a cul-de-sac with lots of space between the neighbors. Located in a non-gated, very quiet neighborhood of La Quinta near Highway 111 and Washington. The backyard looks out over the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains. A short walk from the house to many restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden is less than one mile away and the area has an abundance of world class golf courses and other recreational activities. You can leave your car parked at home and walk to local restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away.
We've designed the home with stylish and artful décor throughout. The spacious living room features high ceilings, giant 65" flat screen TV with Frontier cable programing, a pool table, plenty of comfortable seating to rest including a pull out coach with queen mattress. Formal dining room includes a large wooden table and comfortable chairs which can accommodate eight people.
The large, open kitchen features granite countertops and includes cookware, microwave, oven, fridge with water/ice maker, coffee makers both Keurig and drip, and dishwasher. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than ten people. There is also a toaster, blender, and everything a fully stocked kitchen should have.
Master Bedroom #1 has a king bed and 55" Smart TV with Frontier cable programming. Master Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and 49" Smart TV with Roku. Bedroom #3 features a queen bed with 49" Smart TV with Roku and Bedroom #4 two Twin XL beds with 49" Smart TV with Roku. Toiletries will be found in the bathrooms (shampoo, conditioner, and soap).
Guests have full property access including a two car garage. Plenty of street and drive way parking. A washer and dryer includes starter detergent pods. There is a direct line gas BBQ grill and high speed 500mb per second wi-fi access throughout the property (even poolside). Bluetooth speakers are in every bedroom.
Beautifully kept and private paradise with amazing patio furniture, lovely flowers, and large hedges for privacy. Large fruit tree next to pool and yard. The pool is serviced twice weekly, the pool & spa are sparkling clean. There are chaise lounges and a table with chairs for plenty of seating.
Small dog and children friendly. Quiet and private home location in a great neighborhood. Singing Palms is also centrally located to reach:

Pool with heating available at $75 per day. Hot tub is $35 a day. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 85 degrees, 104 degrees for the hot tub.
Surveillance Disclosure: There is a Ring Front Door Camera and a fake camera (does not work) outside near the BBQ/Pool Area. Outdoor/indoor decimal volume noise monitoring devices.
If you would like to bring your small dog(s) to the property there is a $150 non-refundable dog fee. This covers a complete post-stay carpet clean for every stay with a dog. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can submit the bill to you before your arrival. Please no dogs on the beds (dog hair on beds found will have a dry cleaning fee post-stay). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this pet policy.

Other Rules to Note:
- Per city rules, there is only low decimal noise and music allowed at this Vacation Rental property while being rented. If music is played it must be at a low decimal level outdoors at all times. Please be respectful of the neighbors and rules in place. Only the guests on the vacation rental agreement are allowed to stay in the property with limited amount of visitors during the day. If police or code enforcement officers are called to the property and they find any outside music or noise over the decimal level threshold, or excess guests beyond the city allowed capacity, the primary guest will be responsible for the entire fine which is $1,000 or more. Primary guest must provide a photo copy of their driver’s license or passport before check-in per city rules.
- A vacation rental agreement with list of guests staying and emergency contact is required to fill out before arrival.
- Cleaning fee covers two or three housekeepers onsite for 4hrs. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments.
- (For guests staying over three weeks only) Unless pre-approved in advance to waive there is a mandatory guest paid housekeeping service are required every three weeks to help us keep the homes cleanliness level to our standards. Service includes laundry (linens, towels, etc.), floors/carpets, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living rooms, dusting, etc. Two or three housekeepers will be onsite. Guests must vacate the premises during the cleaning service to allow our staff to perform their job more efficiently.
