Positive: The apartment was very clean in a good location, away from the hustle of the city. Decoration was almost the same as the photos. Except sofa and chairs were covered with some clothes. We had a car during our stay however we managed to find parking space by the street side within max couple of hunders meters span which was good. Additionally, having number of restaurants nearby was very convenient for us. Overall, despite of some problems we have faced, we enjoyed our stay.

Negative: Although the communication before and afrer was timely and instructive, we couldn't reach the host during our stay to report some issues we have faced right after checkin, this lowered our joy and satisfaction level. The filter coffee machine was not working and there were some issues in the main bathroom which would required fixing/mending. They were not major problems but made us worried. We have found another coffee machine that works with capsules but when we bought capsules, hoping to use it, it didn't work as well. Additionally, the toiletries supply, kitchen utensils and some basic cooking materials (e.g. wine glasses, kitchen towel, olive oil, shampoo, toilet paper,etc) were either missing or inqdequate. The most unpleasant surprise came at the last they; we have only used it for making eggs in the mornings and last they after using it we heard a cracking sound and saw that a small part of the in the center of the eye cracked, and fell down. This scared us very much. We reported this issue during our check out communication. The host told us they would ask a technician to check it at the same day, however no more communication was received. This is one of the potential hurdles of staying in apartments; When there is an issue about any furniture/appliances or marerials, as guests you feel stressed, specifically when the communication is not happening properly.
