This home has a wonderful location and much to offer with 6 sun decks, three levels, off street parking for 2 cars, beautiful ocean views and sea breezes. 1800+ Sq. Ft. with 4 huge bedrooms and 2.5 baths. First Floor offers two nice size bedrooms and a full bath. Second floor has an open floor plan with updated kitchen and island and powder room. Dining area next to kitchen sits 8. Two sliders on second floor lead to separate private decks. Front deck offers sunset views. Second deck offers beach views! Third floor offers two huge bedrooms with private decks and full bath. Master bed has separate entrance to full bath. Decks have sunset views and beach views! Summary: Can’t get a better spot, had what we needed including beach tags, chairs, and kan jam (bring your own linens and towels! Even hand towels!) however the house wasn’t very clean, had many scuffs on the wall and dishes were left dirty in the cupboards. The porches are nice to sit out with a beverage and listen to the waves but they also needed a deep clean. The grill also needs a deep clean. I would stay there again but with different, lower expectations.
