It is now smoke free, on the property except for 2 designated areas. We take pride in our condo, keep it meticulously cleaned and maintained throughout the year and use it frequently ourselves. From the condo you will see amazing views of the Ocean, Beach, Bay, Outdoor, Indoor and kiddee pool. This unit is located on the 18th floor on the sunny south side where you can enjoy panoramic views of ocean city. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The Den can be used as a bedroom, it has a Full size bed and privacy door. There are wall mounted Flat screen TV's in the Living room, den and bedrooms. There is a full bath in hall. There is alway's plenty of hot water for showers after a day on the beach. It's equipped with a full kitchen with new appliances and counter top. Your own laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. On the balcony there is a round table, chairs, overlooking beach and 3 pools. You are just steps away from the elevator and stairway.
Many amenities which include 3 lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball and volleyball courts, also pool table, fitness room, a sauna, a in-house complimentary movie theater, a arcade room and a new playground for the kids. There is a Sandwich and Ice Cream shop on the property.
Public restrooms are conveniently located across from the pool, so a trip to your room won't be necessary. Security on duty 24/7. Covered parking.
