Don’t feel like staying inside? Stepping out of the sliding door, you will find a large covered lanai with plenty of poolside chairs and loungers. Take a dip in the huge private-screened pool or indulge in the spa. It is only 15 minutes from Disney and close to all the other theme Parks - Universal, SeaWorld, and Wet 'n Wild. Situated just off one of the areas fastest developing roads (Hwy 27, between the 192 and I-4) getting to anywhere in the Central Florida area is a breeze. Scenic golf courses, luxurious beaches, the famed Kennedy Space Center – you name it – can all be conveniently reached from the villa.
Please be advised that RVs, Boats, Buses, Trucks, Trailers, Commercial Vans are not allowed to park in any of the resorts where our houses are located.
The max number of cars allowed per house is 4.
Please also be advised that SPA and pool heating are optional will cost additional $230 per week or $40 per day and BBQ gas grill is also optional and will cost additional $67.5 per week (minimum charge)
