Welcome all guest to this beautiful and spacious single story home is 2000 sqft. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 6. The house is equiped with WIFI ,and TV. Everything you need; plates, silverware, towels etc. The desert style landscaped backyard has tables & chairs. It is a friendly neighborhood that is short distance from the famous sky-scraping Stratosphere, Fremont Street Experience, SLS Hotel and Casino. No events allowed. * Government issued ID required upon check in *

Pets are considered. If so, I do charge for the one-time allergen fee. (maximum of 1)

If home is left excessively dirty an extra cleaning fee WILL be applied for the cleaners extra work.

Early/Late check-in fee is to be applied and amount depends on times you are looking for, please let me know in advance

You may smoke outside. If guests smoke inside the home, it will be a $200 penalty fee.

We ask for guest to please not to move around any furniture, everything has it's designated place.

You must provide own personal hygiene supplies such as shampoo, face towel, wash cloths, soap etc. We provide a roll of toilet paper per bathroom. You will have to provide your own after you finish what is provided.

We please ask for guest to NOT to eat on top of beds to avoid any hard to remove stains.

In the backyard there’s a trailer , currently occupied. It’s on the far corner , of opposite side of the home. tenants work most of the day and then enter from the side gate they will not cause a disturbance at all. it’s all separate but please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Any forgotten items will only be up to claim for 30 days counting after your check-out date. ** If there are any pending fees during that time and it becomes past 30 days , items cannot be claimed until paid before the time given. **

*** Please always be courteous to my neighbors and understand that from 10pm to 7am DO NOT have loud noise or music. No visitors past 9 pm are allowed. We do everything we can not to cause a disturbance in our neighborhood ***

Summary: The home had charm. Details were left off the listing like the trailer in the backyard also rented. A bit concerning when the security lights are on all night and they’re shining through the bedroom window.
