Home is about half a mile from the community ski hill, art center, and the Main Lodge, which contains a swimming pool and beach on Roamingwood Lake. Main floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large great room with vaulted ceilings, new kitchen with granite counter tops, and a living room gas fireplace. The sliding glass doors in the living room lead to the large rear deck with a grill and large picnic table. The lower level has an awesome family room with a pool table, ping pong table, and dart board. Relax in the hot tub, which is right outside the family room in the enclosed porch. Downstairs also features an additional bedroom and full bathroom with a washer and dryer. Enjoy spending time with friends and family relaxing by the outdoor fire pit!
