Located on a large corner lot surrounded by pretty trees, we are happy to offer super spacious 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths spread out amongst three stories and 3,706 sq ft, a fully loaded kitchen with brand new appliances, brand new beds with super comfortable new mattresses and linens, and more, our place is the perfect launch pad for your stay. We are happy to offer foosball and skee ball for indoor entertainment as well as 3 TVs.
There are multiple fun living spaces for your group, and the indoor/outdoor areas allow for effortless dining and entertaining. All of our bedrooms have super comfortable mattresses and 1800-thread count linens to ensure you get a great night's rest. We also have a couch in the living room that sleeps one with plenty of extra linens and pillows. Therefore the house can comfortably sleep up to 16 guests!

We’re a quick 6 minute drive to The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, and just 15 minutes to Central Canal, Indiana War Museum, the Indianapolis Zoo, and so much more. Our home is located just 22 minutes from the Indianapolis International Airport.

-The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge your sec deposit, plus any additional cost needed based on the cost of the damage done.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
