The OUTDOOR SPACE IS SHARED: -All of the INDOOR living area is completely your own. -2 Bed(King/Queen), 1 Ba(Bath/Shower), Living Room(Futon), Dining. -All of the OUTDOOR space is shared -Hot Tub, Fire Table, Front yard, and Backyard Hot tub is always open. The OUTDOOR space is shared, including: Hot Tub, Fire Table (propane), Fire Pit (wood), Grill (charcoal), Front yard, Deck, and Back yard. Propane is provided but firewood and charcoal are not. The hot tub is always open. (please be conscious of quiet hours) All of the INDOOR living area is completely your own, and includes: 2 Bedrooms (King/Queen), 1 Bathroom (Shower/Bath Combo), Living Room (Futon), Dining Room (Table for 4). Please understand that there are other Airbnbs on the property and therefore a potential for noise. For this reason, noise must be kept to a respectful minimum from 11PM - 8AM on weekdays (Sun-Thur) and from 2AM - 8AM on weekends (Fri-Sat). Parking: 3 cars can fit comfortably in the parking area. Please avoid blocking the driveway. There is also plenty of street parking available. Guests have access to this house including a garden with a hot tub. This home allows self-check-in with a smart lock. Free parking area for 3 cars is available at the property but please avoid blocking the driveway. Street parking is also possible. I will be available to assist you with anything you might need during your stay. Check in is very easy and convenient with the smart lock. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood but very conveniently situated close to Rupp Arena and Downtown. It’s a walking distance to the UK campus/Chandler Hospital, Kroger Field, Saint Joseph Hospital, Golf Course, and many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Lexington is home to the University of Kentucky and the heart of the thoroughbred industry, with pretty Victorian neighborhoods, garden-clad historic properties and small distilleries which speckle the compact downtown. The best way to get around the city is to drive but other public options such as bus lines or Ubers are available as well. There is NO TOLERANCE FOR PARTIES. Any reservation deemed to violate this rule will be cancelled immediately, all guests must leave immediately and are subject to a $250 charge for EVERY guest present.
